Is America in the Bible?

The name America or The United States is not in the Bible. If God was to reveal names of future countries before they came into existence, mans inclination would be; if it was favorable, every new country would be named as such or in a bad sense, no country would ever be named that way. Because of this, if America were in the Bible it would not be so obvious. Just as Jesus spoke in parables with the understanding revealed only to those willing to hear, the same would be of many future events, including the people and nations involved. The key to understanding would only be unlocked by God’s Spirit when it became necessary to know.

America in the "End Times"

Probably one of the most common thoughts concerning America in the scheme of end time events is that America is not even mentioned in the Bible. If that is the case, it would mean that America is not even an influential World power during the ending of the Age and at the time of Christ’s second coming. The logical deduction assumed by some evangelical Christians today is that judgment will take out the United States before other events ever take place. Some suppose that we are the Babylon (in a spiritual sense) mentioned by the prophet Jeremiah in the 51st chapter. Evangelist Jack Van Impe has long speculated that we are this Babylon. While I agree with him in part, I am not so soon to write my country off with just this identification. America is a country with a strange duality that has existed ever since the beginning. In order to understand the roles America has yet to fulfill, we need to rightly divide what is Law verses Grace and understand the plan God had for certain nations. America is in the Bible, we just have to search for it!

A Kingdom Removed

We need to start with the transition point of Law and Grace. This was during the earthly ministry of Jesus at his first appearance. Jesus made this startling decree while speaking to the Jewish leaders of Israel’s religious community the Sanhedrin as recorded in Matt 21:43, "Therefore say I unto you, The Kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof." In context, Israel (including Judah) rejected their Messiah and because of this the Kingdom would be taken away and given to another nation. Plain and simple God would remove his presence from Israel, it would go to another group of people that would bring forth fruit. In 70AD Titus and the Roman Army accomplished this task. They burned the city down, killed the residents and plundered the Temple. They further defiled the inner chamber of the Holy of Holies by placing a statue of Zeus there, on the ramparts of the outer wall, each legion flew their units banner. This could not have been more symbolic of the departure of the Glory of God and a horrible mockery to every Jew. Titus ordered every stone of the temple torn down just as Jesus had warned would happen almost forty years prior. This was the prophetic and symbolic act to show the departure of God upon the nation of Israel and the Jewish people. (For a time anyway) The Kingdom was given to someone else somewhere else.

Another Nation Promised

The Prophet Isaiah saw this as he foretold

 Isaiah 55:5 , "Behold you shall call a nation that you knew not and nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of the Lord your God and for the Holy One of Israel for he hath glorified thee."

The Holy One of Israel is one of the many names of Jesus. These are a people who are not a nation in Isaiah’s time, all other nations not even familiar with Israel will run into it because of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the Holy One of Israel - Jesus. Clearly, this is a future Christian Nation. Just why these people are running into this nation is because he has glorified this country. Glorify means to gleam, to make beautiful, to explain or make clear. America’s immigration policies have allowed people from all over the world to become a part of the "American dream". The first thing they encountered was Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. The inscription says it all, "" Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore, send these, the homeless, tempest-toss to me. I lift my lamp beside the golden door." No other country from the time of Jesus to the present even comes close to the fulfillment of what Isaiah spoke of. The golden door is that which opens to opportunity in a land based on individual freedom and the pursuit of happiness.

Law Vs Grace A key to identity

We cannot identify America with any keys of identification until re realize there was a change in some terms from The Old Testament into the New Testament. This is the idea of Law verses Grace.

Some prophetic events are "mixed up", others are not even noticed because of this type of mis-identification. We have placed Old Testament interpretive values upon a New Testament age. In doing this, we do not recognize where some major prophetic events are happening. At the same time we are looking in directions with anticipation where nothing is happening.

Seed of Abraham

A good example of this New Testament redefinition of terms is the "seed of Abraham". This term was used to identify the Hebrew bloodline of the Nation Israel going back to Abraham the Patriarch.

"And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise." Gal 3:29

Here we see The Apostle Paul describe the "seed of Abraham" as being in a spiritual sense. Every Jew understood this as their catch phrase to identify their heritage and promise. Suddenly Paul overturns this long held concept with a New Testament definition. By this we see that the old term no longer applies to the New Testament time of Grace. It now means a whole different group of people, not based on bloodlines but by faith in whom they believe.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." Gal 3:28

With this understanding the seed of Abraham now and forever will be based upon faith In Jesus for whosoever will, not just Hebrews based on their bloodlines. This becomes what is called prophetically, "the time of the Gentiles".

" I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, that you may be my salvation unto the end of the earth." Isa 49:6

This change in terms for God’s people also has a change in terms for their location.

The importance of What or Who "Zion" really is in the NT.

Other terms have also changed. Zion was the name for the Mountain near Jerusalem. It has been used for the name of Jerusalem, the city of God. (1CH 11:5) It can mean wherever the people of God are congregated.

"Remember Your congregation, which You have purchased of old, the tribe of Your inheritance, which You have redeemed-- this Mount Zion where You have dwelt." Ps 74:2

This may not be speaking about an Old Testament situation at all. In a New Testament sense God now dwells in the hearts of men not in temples made of stone. (1Co 6:19) This congregated people have been redeemed, they are a "tribe" selected for a purpose. This then could be speaking of a New Testament group of people. The Apostle Peter gave this definition of the "church body of believers’

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar (purchased, not weird) people; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:" 1 Pet 2:9

This would be a group who would have the same pattern and "type" as in the Old Testament. God used the name Zion for the Tribe of Judah

"But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved". Ps 78:68

Judah was a tribe chosen to be a "Tribe Nation". Since the time of King David the kingdom was divided. There was Israel and Judah. Both would proceed with God’s blessings. It was from Judah in which Jesus would come from. Both tribes were part of the "family of God" but Judah was going to supersede Israel. Zion then has been a transitional term used of the instrument, dwelling place and people of God. Many mentions of future events where Zion is used in a time frame as being in the "last days" could be referring to an entirely different people and tribe Nation than what many perceive as Israel and the Jews. There is a pattern in the Bible that would confirm this idea.

A Lions Whelp:

The Patriarch Jacob while on his death bed gathered together his twelve sons (who represented the heads of the twelve tribes to become Israel) and began to prophesy concerning what would befall each tribe in the last days. (Genesis 49)

Moses just before his death blessed the twelve tribes of Israel. (Deut 33) This blessing was in prophetic promises to each tribe. Combining these two events can give us a clear picture of the tribes and their roles in history and the promises to them.

"Of Judah it was said, "Judah is a lions whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he crouched as a lion, and as an old lion, who shall rouse him up? The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come, and unto him shall be the gathering of the people be." Gen 49:9,

Two tribes, Judah and Dan were told that they would be a "lions whelps". The Hebrew word "Guwr" means a cub as still abiding in the lair. It is derived from the root meaning’ "a traveler who turns aside from the road". In this sense it is a cub turned aside or on it’s own yet still a part of the family unit. This is a rather poetic way of describing a tribe nation that is separate, yet still a part of God’s "family" providence and plan.

Judah

In the time of King David, Israel was split into two with the new tribe nation Judah. From David on, all succeeding King’s were of the tribe of Judah until Jesus came in which time the "scepter" was taken away. This "scepter" was the sign of authority and leadership. Shiloh is prophetically speaking of Jesus who "gathered all to him." In the appendix I have quoted Dr. Henery M. Morris’s commentary which is worth viewing for an in-depth understanding. The main point being that the term "lions whelp" refers to this tribe nation role that the tribe of Judah was to experience.

Dan

Dan is also called a lions whelp.

"And of Dan he said, Dan is a lions whelp: he shall leap from Bashan." Deu 33:22

To leap from Bashan is to take a sudden or violent leap from Lebanon. This leap can be explained by the Assyrian captivity by Tiglath-pileser in 734 BC. The ten Northern Tribes were carried off into captivity and never returned to Israel. The tribes of Judah and Benjamin and a small portion of Levites remain from that time on as "Israel" proper. This is known as the Diaspora by modern day Jews. We will cover more on this later, for now it is important to see that the "leaping" was the result of this plundering action. In the text of this prophetic promise, it appears that this leap would leave them separated from the rest, but from God’s perspective this was part of his "plan." A plan that would cause them to eventually become a "tribe Nation".

Judah and Dan are singled out

If there is some kind of a shared promise for Judah and Dan to experience such a great role, we might expect to find something that would allude to this connection or prominence. It is interesting to note that in the building of the Ark of the Covenant, only two craftsman were chosen by God through Moses to do the work. One, Bezaleel who’s name means in the shadow of (as in protection) God, from the tribe of Judah. The other name, Aholib meaning, " tent of his father" came from the tribe of Dan. Notice the names of these two. Judah as being protected and tent would mean in the sense as a dwelling or vessel for God. I do not think this was by accident. Everything in the Bible has an amazing interconnectedness and meaning. It would appear that both tribes, Judah and Dan would, as independent nations yet belonging to God’s "family Israel", be in service to accomplish God’s will. Another interesting fact is that when Dan moved northward to Lebanon, they captured a city named the Lion and renamed it Dan. According to this implication from the Bible, Judah would be the first to be used and then replaced by Dan who would be the last. Another interesting fact is the four faces on the Cherubim flanking the Ark of the Covenant. On one side is a two faced Cherub with the faces of a Lion and a Man. On the other is the face of an eagle and a bull. This could be alluding to the strange duality of the tribe of Dan. From the "Lion of Judah" comes the man, the son of God. From the eagle comes the bull. The bull was always symbolic of Ballam who was Satan. The eagle was the symbol of the tribe of Dan! It has been speculated by many that the "son of perdition" or Antichrist would come from the tribe of Dan in part because of this symbolism. Yes there is a pattern of Dan and Judah being singled out for something special in the way of service to God.

All about Dan.

Dan was the fifth son of Jacob. His name means , "to Judge" or "to set a straight course". As a tribe of Israel, while on the march or moving, Dan’s position was the last.(Num2:25) When the tribes were encamped Dan’s position in relation to the Ark of the Covenant was on the upper right hand side or the "side of the North". This position may have important prophetic meaning as you will see later.(Num10:13) Dan was also the designated meeting place, angelic or human, for all the other tribes to congregate for military or spiritual assemblies.(Num10:13). This idea of being the meeting place also has important prophetic meaning. Each tribe was given a standard or symbol of the Zodiac and a banner or flag that represented their tribe. Dan was given the sign Scorpio, (from the Egyptian symbol-the serpent). Finding the serpent repulsive as symbolic of Satan, Ahiezer replaced the serpent with it’s natural enemy the eagle as their symbol. The colors of their banner was red and white. The Danites were also a sea faring people living on the coast. (Judges 5:37.) Their neighbors the Phoenicians and the Philistines also were sea faring peoples. The Bible later records Dan as being in company with the Phoenicians, and prophetically there will be some relationship with whomever the modern day Philistines are.

Similarities of Dan and the US

I would like to consider some of the similarities between Dan and the United States. The United States is the "hindmost of Nation empires." Dan was the last in procession. The United States first had a flag with a snake on it with the saying, "Don’t tread on me." That was changed to the National Symbol of the Eagle. Our flag has Red and White stripes with a standard of blue to signify a New Constellation in the Heavens with 13 stars. Dan’s standard was Red and White. The Eagle on our national crest has in the left claw the defensive side, 13 arrows in it’s claw. Now if we were added as one of the tribes of Israel we would be the thirteenth. In the Eagles right claw (signifying righteousness) the Eagle holds an olive branch. Our founding fathers meant for this to mean peace and it does, but the olive tree is the national symbol of Israel. We have the branch of it on our symbol which as Paul stated, in Romans 11:24,25 describing the church proper as the "grafted olive branch".

The Great Seal on the face side or the side of the Eagle which holds the banner in his beak says, "Out of many One." The tribe of Dan was the place of gathering for the rest of the tribes in the Old Testament. Interesting too was the fact that they were located on the, " sides of North." As the Bible has stated in Ps 75:6 promotion comes from the North. The seat of authority is in Mt Zion, which is located on the sides of the North. Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King Ps 48:2. The physical geographical location as mentioned many times in the Old Testament is Jerusalem in Israel. However in the New Testament, believers borne of God’s Spirit in Christ are called Zion. Heb12:22. This would make the Christian Nation if founded by the descendants of Dan, the gathering point for the rest of the tribes and the Spiritual,"sides of the North. "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." Ps 75:6-7 Remember that the name Dan means to judge or set a straight corse. In a spiritual sense this nation would be one given authority and power of influence. If all of these scriptures point to America it would mean that we would be the point of attack and desire for a clandestine takeover by Satan as stated in Isaiah 14:13, "I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation in the sides of the North." This of course would be after God had raised her to a world influential power.

This may sound pretty mystical but I believe that God in his mercy has left us enough "coincidental" pieces of evidence to corroborate his word and certain patterns in it. God is a God of circumstance and timing, there is no such thing as coincidence!

A promise to Dan

Much more of this symbolism becomes clear as we take a look at Jacob’s prophecy concerning Dan and what would happen to him in the "last days."

Gen 49:16-18, "Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel..."

To paraphrase this from the original Hebrew it can be better put that, Dan will set a straight course for his people as a collective unified branch of Israel." In a New Testament sense, the straight course made is the gospel of Jesus Christ. As a collective unified branch this is not just Dan but the gathering of all the other scattered tribes as one, yet apart from Israel while identifying themselves with Israel. In this sense the gathering point . In this Dan is still performing the duty as they did when camped around the ark of the covenant during the wandering days of Moses.

The plan of God: scatter to re-gather in Dan

Why? Why would God scatter the people to re-gather them later? What is the point?

This is mentioned by Isaiah in 28:21 as God’s "strange work." In context he is describing the planting of a crop for harvest and expounding on God’s authority and design to place the "seed’ where he desires. He was planting his seed into all the world into all the races and cultures.

In order for God to make a change from Law to Grace, and create a "fullness of time, for Jesus to come and offer to anyone the promises by faith in grace, a genetic "mixing" of his "chosen" had to take place. In this sense God was doing the same but opposite of what happened in the flood. He started his own hybridization with his seed. One that was produced by Abraham and Sarah having a baby supernaturally well past child bearing. In this act of almost 700 years prior to Jesus’s appearance, this mixing broke a "bloodline" border or barrier. Now everyone from everywhere could have a chance to come into the presence and have a relationship with God. This is what was meant when it was said that, "in the fullness of time God sent his son" Gal4:4

The whole world

The Prophet Amos describes the fact that Israel would be dispersed into all the earth.

Amos 9:9, "For Lo, I will command, and I will sift the house of Israel among ALL NATIONS, like corn is sifted in a sieve, yet shall not the least grain fall upon the earth."

Racists from any vantage point would not like this part of scripture because it clearly declares that Israel will be dispersed in the whole world. This in not an exclusive statement just like the "whosoever will" of the New Testament is not exclusive. This includes anyone and everyone! Again in Isaiah 27:6, "He shall cause them that come out of Jacob to take root: Israel shall blossom and bud, and fill the whole face of the earth with fruit."

In these verses we begin to get an understanding of a separation of Jacob and Israel.

Ps 22:23 indicate this further. "Ye that fear the Lord, praise him, all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him, and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel."

Jacobs seed is told to explain, make clear and proclaim him, the same thing Isaiah said a Nation would do some day, and Israel is told to revere God. Even in Israel's rejection of their Messiah, they still revere what they do know of God. This kind of separation describes the tribes of Judah and Dan as the Nations of Israel and America.

The scattering

This separation of "the seed of Jacob", from Israel proper can be explained by a captivity and release of the ten northern Tribes. The Assyrian empire under Tiglath-Pileser laid siege to the Northern coast of Israel in 734 BC. The ten Northern Tribes were carried off into captivity and never returned to Israel when they were finally released. The tribes of Judah and Benjamin and a small portion of Levites remained from that time on as "Israel" proper. This is known as the Diaspora by modern day Jews. In Tel Aviv, Israel in the Museum Of Jewish Diaspora there is a display of a compilation of all myths legends, historical and cultural evidence for the whereabouts of these tribes. There is a CD, " Myth of the Lost ten tribes" taken from this display with amazing evidence that covers all races and every corner of the earth. One of the most incredible claims was that of a Portuguese explorer in the late 1600's. He describes observing a South American Indian tribe conducting a ritual sacrifice of a lamb upon an alter high up in the Andes that included the reciting of the shu-mal in Hebrew! This is a prayer taken from Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord! Every Continent and every race has evidence of Hebrew culture and religious practices. The Berbers, Ethiopians and Ibos of Africa, The Chiag-Min of Tibet, the Sindia of Japan, the Karaites and Khazars of South Russia and Turkey , Yemenis and Abyssinians of the Arabic world, the Ganges of India, the Kareens of Burma, even many American Indian cultures have claims to a Hebrew influence. Clearly, the ten northern tribes have spanned the globe and intermingled with the rest of the peoples of the earth.

Re-Gathering in Israel?

So where is Jacobs seed re-gathering and why. That is a question that should be answered using New Testament interpretive values and not Old. Tradition would tell you that this re-gathering is in Israel with the Jews. In 1948 when the Jewish state of Israel was reinstalled, the peoples to re-gather then were primarily from Europe. These were the remnant Jews from the destruction of 70AD. They were also the Israelites who returned from captivity being from the tribe of Judah, Benjamin, and part Levite. Now these are Jews returning to Israel but not like the return of Jacobs seed prophesied in the Bible. This is not to diminish Israel and her role in God’s plan. Everything will end up in Jerusalem and in the valley of Migiddo. What happens before that might be a bit different than what is known or expected.

Re-Gathering of "Jacob’s Seed" A first step

If the United States of America founded by Danites, is a gathering point for Jacob’s seed, it would mean that this re-gathering has been taken place for almost 300 years. The unique start and vision our founding fathers had and sensed as destiny would be raised to a world power by God’s grace to fulfil Isaiah’s vision mentioned in 55:5. There are two re-gatherings that will eventually unite.

This next scripture helps to understand a re-gathering in Israel and somewhere else.

The dialog here although coming from the prophet, is between God the father and God the Son, "It is a light thing that you should be my servant to RAISE UP THE TRIBES OF JACOB and RESTORE THE PRESERVED OF ISRAEL. Isa 49:6

This is a description of two different actions taking place for two groups of people. The United States as the collection of Jacob's seed is being raised up to a world influential power. This was actualized in WWII for America. To restore the preserved of Israel? This happened when in 1948 the Israeli flag flew over British occupied Palestine for the first time since 70AD. Who were the residents? The Jewish survivors of the Holocaust, The preserved of Israel!

Mystery Babylon: Home of Jacob’s seed?

The seed of Jacob is re-gathered and we see them again mentioned by the Prophet Jeremiah. Of all places they are in Babylon! Now this is not the Babylon of Jeremiah’s time. So typical of the prophets, is the ability to see and address beyond the present situations and trail off into a future situation. This is the case here in the 50 and 51st chapter of Jeremiah. Extracted from the text is the evidence that makes the Babylon containing the seed of Jacob very different from the one of Jeremiah’s time.

51:13 -dwells upon many waters, Historical Babylon is not surrounded by waters, America is.

50:12 -the hindermost of nations, and her mother sore confounded, Historical Babylon hadno "mother country" and certainly was not the hindermost of anything. The United States would consider England as her "mother" country. She will become ashamed of us at some point in the future.

51:53 -Babylon should mount up to heaven. The United States desired a space program and compromised ourselves greatly with the Nazi’s at the end of WWII to have one.

51:7 - Babylon hath been a golden cup in the Lords hand, which made the earth drunk. Historical Babylon was never a "golden cup" in the Lords hand. To be a Golden cup is to be a godly vessel. In this case one that turns bad and makes the world drunk with lies. Cf/w Rev :17:4

These phrases could not be speaking about historical Babylon. I agree with Jack Van Impy that this is a future Babylon and one that could only (so far) refer to America. In light of this, the above scripture is telling us that there is a portion of Jacobs seed in the midst of Babylon.

This "spiritual Babylon" is ready for Judgment. What was once a nation raised up to let the World know of the realties of a personal loving God has changed from within to become the woman riding the beast. This golden cup now being filled with a madness (New Age Movement) that leads people away from God. The enemy now usurps the influential power given by God.

"I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet color, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." Rev 17:3-5

In contrast to this, Jeremiah describes Jacob’s seed using my paraphrase to bring out the full-intended meaning.

"The inherited part of Jacob is not like them (Babylon) for he is the pre-ordained purpose and plan of all things and Israel is the scepter (or mark of authority) of his heritage and inheritance." Jer 51: 19

In the minds of American Christian believers this describes our position or sense of destiny and our relationship with Israel. This influence has created the determined feelings toward Israel to stand with her since 1948. We also recognize Israel and Judaism as part of our Heritage and in a sense "family". This is of course in contrast to the other residents of America who God refers to as Babylon, who think feel and believe very differently about America.

God in his mercy, will appeal to his own and tell them,

"My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver ye every man his soul from the fierce anger of the Lord." Jer 51:45

"Come out of her , my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues." Rev 18:4

Where do they go, if they are in fact leaving America and being called out?

Re-United Israel: The second step

"Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the Lord, neither be dismayed, O Israel: for lo. I will save them from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity, AND JACOB SHALL RETURN, and shall rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid." Jeremiah 46:27.

This I believe speaks to us today. The United States of America was to be given a golden cup to be a light to the world, and God would draw the nations and his seed into it because of God the Father and the Holy one of Israel, Jesus. A Christian Nation is born! The other part of his plan to restore the preserved of Israel. In 1948 those Jews that survived the Holocaust of Nazi Germany went to their spiritual home - Israel! Two decades later Jerusalem is restored and Israel is made near complete in the geographical sense. I believe in the near future America being this chosen nation in the time of the gentiles, will retake lost ground and reclaim her heritage and inheritance. America will then experience a revival unparalleled in all of history. During or shortly after that will be a persecution like never before as a second holocaust. God will finally punish America and many Christian refugees will flee to the only other "home" that they would identify with Israel! We know that Israel and all of Egypt will experience a national repentance and accept Christ. This evangelism will be the result of a well trained and tested through the fires church which is also a part of the seed of Jacob and part of the lost ten tribes returning to their spiritual home Israel. In these events Israel is re-united with all 12 tribes. They are not Hebrews under the Law of Moses, but a mixture of people who are Christians under Grace with faith in the Messiah Jesus! Now let’s back up and look at a text of prophetic scripture that tells about a path the Church would take. This helps to confirm the idea of a "Christian" nation.


The Woman Fleeing the Wrath of the Dragon:

The fleeing woman describes the church and the eventual resting-place that she is given, a Nation!

In Revelation 12:4-6 &14-17, "...And the dragon stood before the woman for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man-child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days...And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. And to the woman were given TWO WINGS OF A GREAT EAGLE, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent."...And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood."

This describes a woman who gave birth to the man-child caught up to heaven who is to lead the world. This is an obvious reference to Jesus but there is many disputes as to who the woman is. Some say it is the Jews while others say it is the Church. In a sense both ideas are right. It is foolish to think that these are the Jews that rejected Christ. The language here identifies the woman as bringing forth fruit. Satan would have no need to chase the Jews who rejected Christ. Jesus told them the kingdom of God would be taken from them. But the Church equipped with the Gospel message of Christ is a threat and one worthy to hunt down and attack. The first Christians that accepted Christ were Jews. Jesus mentioned and compared the expecting and waiting Church for his coming again as like a woman travailing in birth. Now the woman did not create Jesus but the Gospel message of Jesus was birthed through or by the Church. Clearly this is the woman fleeing the wrath of Satan now cast into the earth. (Original language indicates, on dry land amongst men) The fleeing woman are all the Jewish Christian believers fleeing persecution. Like a flood Satan follows them. In the second part it includes all believers Jew and Gentile.

The Fleeing path of the woman

The trail would be as follows, First the Jewish believers leave Israel right into Rome itself and the Mediterranean the later part of the Grecian Empire now annexed to Rome, some believers flee as far as Britain an outpost of the Roman Empire. In time the Roman Empire becomes the Holy Roman Empire which is the Hapsburgs of Germany and Italians of Rome. The Kingdom is further divided into the Byzantine Empire to the East. True believers flee the wrath of the Holy Roman Empire into Northern Europe with the Reformation by Luther in Germany. Further reformers include Britain. The Byzantine Empire is toppled and the fleeing Christians move northward into Russia forming the Russian Orthodox Church. As the church flees persecution from area to area, there is initial good that becomes corrupt. Rome became the Holy Roman Empire a mixture of pagan and pseudo- Christian beliefs assuming the official position of the Church as a Church State. Within this structure were many true believers but the system was corrupt from the start. Splintered off groups of believers head Northward into Germany France, Spain and Great Britain. These experience freedoms and peace for only a short time with the results being The Spanish inquisition , French Revolution, Nazi Germany, English Imperialism, and Russian Communism all eventually persecuting and killing their opposition including many times true believers. If you remember from another chapter, that from the Lion (England) that had Eagles wings, the wings were cut off. Now here we have eagles wings given to the fleeing woman. And taken where? Into the wilderness. Americas first reference and common nick-name by many people of that day was "the Wilderness." The final flight of the Church went into America represented by the Eagle. America has always been a refuge for the "Church". The original Christians that came into this country fled the persecution of the Holy Roman Empire.

Christian Nation? What about Indians, African Slaves and Salem?

The Indians

The first Christians who fled persecution were also compelled to America to evangelize the Indians. Early church records show a remarkable impact and response. But as the scripture in Revelation describes the flood pursing the woman, the initial good that was accomplished by early Christian settlers was undermined by greedy ruthless unbelievers. In addition to the early Christian settlers, America was used as a dumping ground for political dissenters and felony criminals. As the "Wilderness" became known to have vast resources and opportunity, the rich and greedy came to exploit. Many Indian tribes were already made open and very accepting to the white man because of their first encounters with Christians. Their openness of gained trust made them easy targets to exploit and deceive. The rest is history. There is no doubt that this was a great injustice and tragedy but it was not at the hands of Christian believers! This is a part of history that to this sad day does not have a complete justice or happy ending.

African slaves

These same greedy people exploited humans as resources and brought over many captured Africans as slaves. It was however the convicted conscious of White Christian believers that toppled this wrong practice as they believed the Bible and Constitution that "all men were created equal" by a creator God. During the Civil War Christians even fought each other but God’s plan prevailed. The story of blacks immigration by force into America is much like that of Joseph.

Joseph an example

God had a promised to Joseph that he would raise him up above his own father and brothers. He just didn’t tell Joseph how he would do it. Taken captive and made a slave, Joseph persisted and kept faith in God, He slowly progressed until he became second only to Pharaoh in leadership to the world’s greatest empire at that time. Because African slaves came to America, they heard and responded to the Gospel message of Christ. Freedom has been a slow process as it was with Joseph but the assimilation into society today, has allowed our highest positions of government to include African Americans and freedom to have a piece of the American dream.

What about Salem?

The Salem witch burnings were another atrocity that is laid on Christians. In any major religion there are different sects and even cult groups. The Salem group was a people that had many mid-evil superstitions mixed in with mainstream Christian doctrine. There may have been many Christians in their group, but the group, as a whole did not follow true Christian doctrine. They were radicals even in their own society and time they lived in. It would be like trying to blame all of Christianity for the Jim Jones cool aid party in Ghana. They did not represent the whole, they were extreme in belief and practice only using the name Christian and not living it.

As the woman fled from the Devils wrath, like a flood, the corruption in word thoughts and deed have followed her to overcome or overwhelm her. Objective history shows this truth. The biggest problem is many who profess Christianity, but live opposite of what they claim, not even knowing themselves what it is to be a Christian, blur and misrepresent the collective whole of Christianity.

This fleeing path of the woman who is perused by the dragon filled with wrath explains this historical paradox. It is prophetic, it has happened just as the scriptures declared. It is Spiritual warfare! Something the natural world does not understand, but the Bible says is true.

This same path in three major areas is one that the tribe of Dan has made a prior tour of many centuries beforehand to "seed" the area and we will take a brief look at it later. First it is important to see what our founders and early leaders felt about America as a "Christian Nation".

The "Christian Nation" Debate

It is pitiful that one would even have to try to "prove" that America was a Christian Nation. The very fact that all living generations in America today have to be shown evidence, means a very successful propaganda program has been accomplished and embedded in many minds since 1947. It is funny how this year keeps turning up. This was the turning point of time when everything in America changed. Our Laws, education and our very perception of life slowly began to change from this same point in time.

Most Christians who have an understanding of our rich heritage and early historical foundation, agree that we were a nation founded on Judeo-Christian beliefs. Our early founding fathers sensed and recorded the beliefs of God’s guiding hand in this formation without the controversy that exists today. Prayer was always included before any official meetings and consideration to the scriptures as guidelines formed the structure of our laws.

"...We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. ~That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed..." Constitution of the U.S.

The attempt to rewrite history cannot erase the many indications of this founding faith. Even written upon the cornerstones of many old municipal buildings are indications of a thankfulness and faith in God that today would be remarks prohibited from being placed upon a public building. The personal logs, diaries and letters of leaders and citizens of the time indicate a faith and desire to share Christ with an entire new race (American Indians) that never heard the name Jesus. This was a driving force for many new residents of America. Early public school primers were composed of Bible stories and verses with moral teachings without cause of concern and controversy.

We were a safe haven for persecuted Christians in the most general sense. The writers of our constitution were very careful not to make any one denomination "exclusive" but included all "Christians" including members of the Catholic church as equal influential members of the newly formed Republic. (I mention this because many were fleeing the Holy Roman Empire, and yet in spite of this, included anyone who identified with Christ.)

Cannot separate Christianity from Government

An 1853 House Judiciary Committee conducted a one-year long inquiry when a group petitioned the government to remove Christianity from our government institutions. On March 27, 1854, that Committee brought the following conclusion:

"Had the people, during the revolution, a suspicion of any attempt to war against Christianity, that revolution would have been strangled in its cradle... At the time of the adoption of the Constitution and its amendments, the universal sentiment was that Christianity should be encouraged, but not any one sect... In this age, there is no substitute for Christianity... That was the religion of the founders of the republic and they expected it to remain the religion of their descendants." Two months later they felt it necessary to be more specific and added to their statement, "The great, vital and conservative element in our system is the belief of our people in the pure doctrines and the divine truths of the Gospel of Jesus Christ."

Religious values and Laws necessary

In his farewell address to the nation, George Washington was not afraid to state his advice that religious morals must be included in law making.

"Let it simply be asked, 'Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?' And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle." George Washington Sept 17, 1796

Rulers should be Moral men of God

The first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Jay indicated without fear of reprisal,

"Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers, and it is the duty-- as well as the privilege and interest-- of our Christian nation to select and prefer Christians for their rulers."

He was also one of three men to draft the Constitution of the United States..

Former President James A. Garfield warned about settling for anything less,

"Now, more than ever, the people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave, and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature. . . . If the next centennial does not find us a great nation. . . . it will be because those who represent the enterprise, the culture, and the morality of the nation do not aid in controlling the political forces."

Our actions as a Nation because of our policies were understood to be under divine head ship. This also was at one time announced without fear of reprisal or damage to any political career. George Mason was known as the Father of The Bill of Rights. He held the Biblical world-view that our nation is accountable to Almighty God for both the good and the evil which are birthed out of it by its leaders and its people:

"As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, so they must be in this. By an inevitable chain of causes and effects, Providence punishes national sins by national calamities." George Mason

Christianity was nationally acclaimed

John Q. Adams served as our nation's 6th president. On July 4, 1837, President Adams gave an address wherein he compares the two "most joyous and most venerated" holidays celebrated each year in America:

"Why is it that, next to the birthday of the Savior of the world, your most joyous and venerated festival returns on this day? Is it not that, in the chain of human events, the birthday of the nation is indissoluble linked with the birthday of the Savior? That it forms a leading event in the progress of the Gospel dispensation? Is it not that the Declaration of Independence first organized the social compact on the foundation of the Redeemer's mission upon earth? That it laid the cornerstone of human government upon the first precepts of Christianity?"

A Supreme Court decision in 1892; in Church of the Holy Trinity vs. The United States Concluded:

"No purpose of action against religion can be imputed to any legislation, state or national, because this is a religious people... This is a Christian nation."

That decision was based on the 1st Amendment.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

All of the statements above are just a few examples by our national leaders. Some were founders, none were radical extremists or represented radical factions. They represented the beliefs of the average American. Christianity in it’s broadest sense should be a part of our Leadership’s character, and our laws influenced by the values and principles from the Bible. That was the normal concept of the average American accepted and delegated to our leaders who also reflected these wishes to the Nation!

We were a Republic not a Democracy!

Webster’s Dictionary defines Republic as, (1) : a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.

"According to law" is defined" as a set of absolutes. These absolutes are a standard by which everything else is measured. For America, this was once the Bible.

What about the Separation of Church and State? The Myth, The Lie!

The Myth

Far too many Americans today if asked would agree that the Constitution of the United States contains a mention of the separation of church and state. This is a bold faced lie! This statement was taken out of context from a letter written in reply to a civil matter. It was not even a legal document, but a personal letter. Thomas Jefferson had a pretty impressive resume. He was one of the Founding Fathers. He is the author of the Declaration of Independence, served as Secretary of State under President George Washington, served as Vice President under President John Adams, and became the third President of the United States.

At the turn of the 19th century, Baptists in Danbury, Connecticut were being persecuted because they were not part of the "Congregationalist" religious establishment of that state. So the Danbury Baptist Association, concerned about religious liberty in our new nation, wrote to President Thomas Jefferson on October 7, 1801. This was Jefferson's reply:
"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between a man and his God; that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship; that the legislative powers of the government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should 'make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,' thus building a wall of separation between church and State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore man to all of his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties.

This wall of separation in context is the idea quoted and backed by the 1st amendment. The separation is one of Government not interfering with a person or organizations religious belief. The wall is a wall of defense to any Government intrusion. This wall was not a two way separation to keep Christianity out of the Government. That is not even hinted or suggested in context. All other comments by the lawmakers assist in this understanding. Christianity had the desire by the people to be an influence in Government. The out of context statement has been turned around to mean the very opposite intention of Jefferson. This misrepresentation is also added in that this is just a letter not any official document of Law!

The Lie!

Prior to 1947, "church" had consistently been defined, constitutionally, to mean any one "sect," (or denomination), of Christianity because this is a "Christian nation," according to Chief Justice John Jay. And the Supreme Court had always cited Thomas Jefferson's complete letter to establish that fact. But from 1947 on, "church" gradually began to take on the constitutional meaning of Christianity as a whole, in order to remove Christianity from our government first, and now from our public view altogether.
The 1947 Supreme Court was the first to cite the phrase, "separation between church and State," apart from the context of President Jefferson's entire letter and meaning. The phrase has been increasingly used out of context by the nation's courts ever since. So it is worthy to note here, that in the 1958 Baer vs. Kolmorgen court record, a dissenting Supreme Court Justice in the case warned, "If this Court doesn't stop citing, 'separation between church and State,' the American People will very likely begin to think it is part of the Constitution!" His words could not have been more prophetic. Abraham Lincoln made this prophetic statement,"The philosophy of the schoolroom in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next." And that is how we have come to this point so far. Since 1947 our schools taught another history, another science and another government that indirectly suggests another religious philosophy "secular humanism" These beliefs broke the ground to embracing the very philosophy of our enemy. In one generation we now have to "prove" our own history and heritage to a younger generation conditioned in unbelief to the very principles and God that made our nation so great.


How did we come to this?

The fall of Israel: The Pattern

In order to see how this took place we need to understand another same but opposite series of events. This goes back to the "strange work" that the Lord would accomplish. Part of that was to use the very people who menaced Israel as a transition and change from Law to Grace. For this we need to go back to the scriptures. The next text of scripture is describing the death of Jesus, and the sacking of Jerusalem by the Romans. What is interesting is what this verse says about the attacking Romans.

"And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, (die) but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined." Dan 9:26

In many study Bibles, "People of the prince that shall come" has been claimed to be better rendered the, "future people of the prince that shall come". This is describing that the Romans are actually the "future people of God". How this would come about is understanding the results of the "victory" by the Romans.

In 70AD when Titus came with the Roman Legions, he came upon Israel like a flood. He burned Jerusalem, killed much of the population, ending the many years of tension between the two nations. It ended because Israel ended as a nation until 1948 . The Christian believers in Jerusalem remembered Jesus’s words, that when "when you see Jerusalem encompassed round about flee to the mountains," That is just what they did. They left their homeland before the invasion, into Rome itself and the Mediterranean countries of the Grecian Empire now annexed to the Roman empire. On the most part fleeing right into the enemies camp. There the church began to grow and through persecution grew even bigger. Their growth and numbers were from Gentiles, non-Jews and Roman citizens. This eventually changed the entire empire from within until Constantinople called for a "Church State". The world power and influence the Roman Empire had, was actually used against them to spread Christianity to the entire world. What the Romans hated in Judaism and thought they destroyed on the battlefield, they ended up taking the very essence and completion of into their own country as the new movement called Christianity. The Romans never understood it or even by some today that Christianity is the completion of Judaism and not a different religion. Satan would duplicate this same pattern in hopes of accomplishing the same effect.

The Fall of Nazi Germany: The Extrapolation

The rest of Dan’s prophecy given to them by Jacob describes this major event!

"Dan shall judge his people, as one of the tribes of Israel. Dan shall be a serpent by the way, an adder in the path, that bites the horse heels, so that THE RIDER SHALL FALL BACKWARD. I have waited for thy salvation, O Lord. Gad shall overcome him: (Dan) but he shall overcome at the last." Gen 49:16,17,

Here we read that Dan would be as a serpent that would bite the heels of the horse and make its rider fall backward. Notice he does not stop the rider but only sets him backward. This description is the same as the one in Genesis 3. The seed of the serpent will "trip up" or "set back" the heel of one from the seed of the woman. As I have stated before, this was the prophetic mention of Jesus’s death from his first appearance, and yet he comes back to destroy or crush the head of the serpent. The same symbolic language is used here. As we have already come to understand the rider on his horse is a description and reference to the Antichrist. Here we see that Dan will be responsible for the setting back of the Antichrist in his first appearance. I believe this was accomplished April 30th 1945 in a bunker in Berlin when Adolf Hitler committed suicide with one bullet to the head as the Allied-American invasion came from the North and the Russians from the east converging on Berlin,(mentioned in Dan 11:44) . On May 7 1945 Germany unconditionally surrenders to the allies. At the end of WWII as American GI’s entered into the Nazi death camps and discovered the reality of horrors that were only rumors without "proof" hidden from the rest of the world, that a real genocide had taken place! The troops were shocked to see this hell on earth. It is a shame our leaders did not feel the same. The desire to have the technological wonders discovered at Peenemunde and the Nordhausen complex; the alleged blueprints of new energy sources and peacetime space travel plans, or the mystical data and research found at Himmler’s Wewelsburg castle, (some ninety rolls on microfilm added to a total collection of over 1,000 rolls of microfilm archived in Washington D.C from captured Nazi experiments, expeditions and various studies in the occult and fringe scientific studies) superceded the anger and horror. Instead we saw Russia as our next threat and moved quickly to utilize our newly defeated enemy for our benefit and find technology before they did, at any cost.

The Spoils of War

Israel was warned not to take the spoils of war for any personal use, that it was all accursed or contaminated. The wisdom of this was that it would change them from within by keeping their idols, philosophy or religious practices and the people involved.

Josh 6:17-18, "And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the LORD...And ye, in any wise keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest you make yourselves accursed, when you take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it."

We are no different than Israel. The same wisdom should have been applied to us today, however we did not follow this wisdom.

Taking the enemy into yourself.

Jesus died at the hand of the Roman government. From the destruction of the Jewish state, based on a separate bloodline the Romans took the "religious and philosophical essence" into themselves in the form of Christianity for "whosoever will" and changed from within. The Americans or Dan, destroyed the Nazi state, based on a separate bloodline the leader killed himself as Dan "makes the rider fall back". But Dan takes the religious and philosophical essence into himself in the form of the "New Age" movement offered to whosoever will and also changes from within. The Prophet Daniel saw this almost 3,000 years ago when he wrote,

"But tidings out of the east and out of the north shall trouble him: therefore he shall go forth with great fury to destroy, and utterly to make away many. And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain; yet he shall come to his end, and none shall help him." Dan 11:44-45

As I have stated in the Roswell chapter, this is the accurate description of WWII. As the Eastern Russian front and the Northern Allied Invasion encompassed Germany, Hitler took his own life in contrast to Jesus who sacrificed his. The spoils of war were taken. As the above scripture explains, the tabernacle of his palace can be rendered as inhabitants of his authority. In this sense, the infrastructure of his power and leadership. This could be the Scientists, Engineers and Intelligence system that created and secured the vision of the New Order and kept it alive somewhere else. This somewhere else is between the seas in the glorious holy mountain. Glorious means to make clear, Holy to be separated for service and mountain is kingdom. God’s kingdom, the congregated people of God, in the New Testament sense, The United States of America! Israel has traditionally been determined to be the only "holy mountain or Zion. This is wrong! Israel is not between any seas and could never fulfill this prophecy. America is, and is now the place of God’s congregated gathering of his people at this time. Christians not Jews! America not Israel!

We will see how this has been accomplished through Operation Paperclip, procuring the people and the negative results. First we must see Dan and his past movements that correspond with this same but opposite pattern. The amazing story of the most famous Danite Samson and his riddle, are prophetic to this whole scenario and helps to confirm this whole idea.

Dan the sojourning tribe: Three places to turn aside and lodge.

The story is a lengthy one and for the sake of expediency, I will condense it here and leave a detailed account in the appendix for those who want all the facts. There is much cultural, historical and even Biblical accounts that can make the path of the tribe of Dan rather easy to find and follow. Briefly there are three general directions Dan took.

1. Greece’Phoenician connection: A first wave left into Greece and did not follow Moses back to the Promised Land. The Danites had much to do with the setup of the Grecian Empire. Even Alexander the Great understood this connection and spared the only city in his path of conquest, Jerusalem which did not succumb to his wrathful exploits.

2. European / Baltic Connection: The oldest know writing in Ireland is the "Tau de Dannan" or The tribe of Dan. Locations like DANmark, the DANube river with cultural similarities of Odin(has a shared etymology of Odan)who dressed in a robe decorated like the priest king’s of Israel. The Bible mentions Col3:11, " Where there is neither Greek or Jew, circumcision nor un-circumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all in all. " In most modern translations the addition of nor is added between Barbarian and Scythian. The implication here is the opposite of a Barbarian is the Scythian civilized because of his relationship with the ten Northern tribes of Israel. There is enough evidence to suggest that Dan certainly was in this areas. The Baltic Scythians made several moves into Europe. When the Sarmatians arrived in Scythia, the Romans renamed the original Scythians as Germans (genuine) to distinguish them apart.

3. Roman Connection The Lacedaemonians whether as Argives or Heraclide were the most notable branch from an area of Greece, who are said to have colonized the southern area of Italy and were a part of the founding of the ROMAN EMPIRE! While it is true that the Greeks colonized the southern part of Italy during the formation of Rome it is not clear how much influence and involvement they had. We do know that the Greek culture influenced very heavily on the Roman culture. In fact some traits are called Greco-Roman because of their sameness.

One reason that this connection could not be so obvious is that history would not have been played out in the manner it dids if it were so obvious. Jews despised Romans as much as Romans despised the Jews. If there was a clear understanding between any connection, as relatives, history would not have played out the way it did. On this basis I believe the main connection to Rome was in a less identifiable manner. However we have Biblical evidence in the form of the story of the most famous Danite; Sampson and his riddle.

Samson and the Riddle.

The story of Samson’s riddle is found in Judges 13:5-14:19. As you read this text, you might want to refer back to it as I expound on the content of this short story.

Samson desires to marry a woman in the Philistine city of Timnath. His parents are dismayed that he would not choose from his own but reluctantly agree. On his way to the Philistine city Sampson encounters a young lion in his way. The Spirit of the Lord comes upon him and he kills the lion with one strike of his bare hand. On his way back he turns aside from the main road to see the slain lion. Inside the carcass, bees had made a hive filled with honey. He eats some and takes some back for his parents to eat also. He does not tell them where it came from. It was against the Hebrew Law to touch dead things let alone eat something from it. The father brings the woman along with thirty companions from Timnath and they have a feast. At the feast Sampson puts forth a challenge. If they could guess the meaning of his riddle, he would give them thirty pieces of linen and thirty garments. If they could not guess it they would have to pay him the same thing. The thirty threaten his betrothed and she is able to get the answer from Sampson. They reply in a riddle form back and Sampson realizes they took an unfair advantage of him. He goes to another city of the Philistines and kills thirty residents and takes their clothing. He then pays his debt with their own countrymen’s articles.

I believe the riddle put forth by Samson is speaking prophetically of a future event. Let’s take a look at Sampsons riddle.

As a clue to this incident he put out these two statements:

1. Out of the eater came forth meat.

2. And out of the strong came forth sweetness.

The thirty guests answer was in question form back to him and rather unusual. Instead of directly answering the clues according to the story they include the idea of there being something more.

1. What is sweeter than Honey?

2. What is stronger than a lion.

Honey and Samson would of been the direct answer and yet these were not given directly but instead a probing thought going beyond the obvious answer.

So what is beyond this story? The clue is in the reply and the original statements made by Samson. The answer is defined by the Bible itself.

What is sweeter than Honey?

Ps 119:103, "How sweet are thy words unto my taste! Yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth" Also, Ps 19:7-10, "The law of the Lord is perfect converting the soul: The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple...more to be desired are they than gold, yea than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honey comb."

Clearly from the scriptures themselves, the Word of God and the Testimony of Christ is sweeter than Honey! Now out of the eater came forth meat. This begins to become clearer as we see that what they are actually eating is the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. The more you take in the more you give out!, therefore out of the eater came forth meat. Three people ate the honey. Samson and his Father and Mother. Now where did they get the honey from? The dead young Lion.

What is a young Lion?

Gen 49:9, "Judah is a lions whelp..."

So we have the dual understanding that the honey came out of the dead young Lion which was struck down by Samson who then shared with his parents. Or, The word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ came out of Judah as they were struck down. Here is where it gets real interesting, What is stronger than the Lion? The easy answer is Samson. Now the Hebrew word Az for strong means harsh, fierce, might, greedy rough and powerful. In some ways this was Samson but more to the definition was the ones who’s rule Jesus was sentenced and killed, the ones who later came in 70AD and put and end to all of Judah, THE ROMAN EMPIRE! Who was stronger than the young Lion? ROME!

There was described three eaters of the honey and we have three areas, one as a tribe nation.

As I was prayerfully contemplating this riddle, I had my TV on listening to the History channel which featured a World War II documentary about the invasion of Germany into Russia. Another controlled circumstance by God, as I heard the commentator say, " The Fatherland" strikes violently into "mother Russia." In amazement I pondered that statement. Just why is Russia called the Mother? The mother of what or who? Why was Germany called the Fatherland? Who’s father? I wonder if anyone really knows except God. In his divine providence, God creates miracles of coincidence all the time. Carl Jung would call this synchronicity. I call it a God thing. God is the God of circumstance and timing. Nothing is left to chance. Is this perhaps another coincidence or a hint of a divine reality. The Mother, Father and a branch of Israel: the nation/tribe Dan as The United States of America. All three areas sharing the same genetic and historical migration of the "Seed of Jacob" all three fulfilling a major part of God’s plan.

There is more symbolism in this story as well. Thirty is symbolic of a change of heart or action taken. In this payment of the debt, and the exchange of goods, what appeared to be a victory for the winner actually was a loss. The whole story symbolizes the entire events of Jesus, Rome and the destruction of the nation of Israel, the birthing of the Church within Rome herself and the change that would take place. It also explains the extrapolation of Allied America, Russia, the death of Hitler and Nazi Germany and the change of America by taking the essence of the enemy within. The same but opposite a pattern that is consistent and reveals much prophecy as being already fulfilled! This is also the so-called Revived Roman Empire!

Roman Empire Revived; Same but opposite

Ancient Rome

Ancient Rome was first a Republic turned Imperialistic Empire and then in it’s final stage transformed by the destruction of Israel and the "taking into itself" the essence of Judaism, which was Christianity. Slowly they transformed into the Holy Roman Empire(composed of the Hapsburg’s of Germany and the Italians of Rome) having changed from within. The Holy Roman Empire then maintained it’s power over the nation’s governments hiding behind the governments as a false religious cloak of identity. (Although part of God’s plan, the Holy Roman Empire was a Satanic imitation of the real "church" which was invisible and within the Church-State structure.)

Revived Rome

Now in the same but opposite pattern, The Revived Roman Empire appears first as the German/Italian axis powers but not as a religious empire but rather the militaristic and Imperialistic short lived Empire as described in Rev 17:10.

Dan in USA/England and Russian allies sets Adolf Hitler and the Nazi’s back. Not out of the picture just a set back. The First part of the revived empire, the Imperialistic melds into the Republic second half, by taking into herself the essence of Nazism which became identified as the "New Age" movement. The Republic then slowly transforms into the opposite of the Holy Roman empire, as an infiltrated New Age America exercises her power of rule under the guise of the New World Order of the United Nations. This all comes about because we allowed a Fourth Reich hidden within our own system by a fifth column of Nazi’s allowed entrance and granted freedom by our own leaders! Their logic and justification was to make peace with the defeated enemy to stave off another rising one, Russia, at wars end. This is the final empire that is divided (in the sense of being at odds with each other) and yet considered the same mentioned by Daniel 2:41.

Where Eagles Gather

Jesus said in context to the events of the "end times and his second coming that,

"For wheresoever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together". Matt 24:28

Commentators try to interpret this that, " Jesus must of meant the turkey vulture that looks like an eagle because we know eagles do not eat carrion." I think Jesus always meant what he said and said what he meant to say. Eagle may have a symbolic meaning and has been used that way in the Bible.(Ezk 17:7, Hos 8:1) The trail of Dan seems to have always been symbolized by the Eagle. The Eagle was the symbol of the Grecian Empire, The Roman Empire, The two headed Eagle of the Holy Roman Empire, The Nazi Empire and the American Republic soon to become an Empire. A strange thing is the direction of the eagles heads. The Roman and Greek were opposite of each other, combined as the Holy Roman Empire they became the two headed eagle. The American eagle and the Nazi German eagle, you guessed it opposite of each other, combined the revived Roman Empire?

The Carcass: A New World Order of United Nations

How about the Symbol for the United Nations? I get an uneasy feeling of the implications of it’s design. Notice where the central point of the Globe is? Unlike all other representations which is an elongated globe which features the continents stretched out horizontally , the central point is the North Pole with the continents geographically arranged around it! This is Theosophy’s description of Thule the mythical opening to the ancient Aryan capital of which the Nazi’s believe they came from. They used the light blue color on a white standard, signifying peace and purity. It is also the colors of the Nation Israel! Is this the false yin and yang of the future? The beginning of a New Age? The coming together of all things? Only Time will tell.

Occult Prophecies about the US and the New Age.

According to Author Michael Howard in his book The Occult Conspiracy, A Masonic-Rosicrucian traditional belief is that every 2,000 years the earth experiences a Zodiacal change. In the time of Jesus’s earthly ministry, the claim is made that this began the Pieces Age. They believed that the transition of the New Age of Aquarius began sometime at the birth of the United States in 1776 and that a cycle of 250 years would usher in the New Age in the year 2026 and end the Pieces Age. Claims have been made about the reverse side of our national seal. Occult and secret societies are claimed to have had an influence to it’s creation and implementation on the dollar bill. It is true that George Washington was a Mason. So were most of the first Congress. Thomas Jefferson was a member of an American version of the Bavarian Illuminati. It has been said that the reverse seal was given to Jefferson from this connection. Stan Deyo elaborates on the hidden meanings on the Great seal in his book The Cosmic Conspiracy. It is more than a coincidence that the Latin reads out to, "Announcing the arrival of the New Order of the Ages."

In either book, the symbolism is to intricate to dismiss as "made up". This could be a timeless message to the future that the "mission was accomplished" in our past. How else can you explain an Egyptian Pyramid with a missing capstone , replaced with the Ancient Pagan symbol of the all seeing eye in a triangle. The sign of Lucifer, Horus, Baal and many more. The two different sides of the seal certainly signifies the duality of America and the roles she will play.

The selling out of America: Operation Paperclip and the Gehlen Organization

"…And he shall plant the tabernacles of his palace between the seas in the glorious holy mountain;…" Dan 11:44p

Now let’s put meat on the bones from the skeletal framework that the Bible has given us. Here are some examples of the particulars of how we took the enemy into ourselves.

Step 1: The Dulles Brothers                                                                                                          Alan           John Foster

A name that is almost synonymous with Operation Paperclip is Allan Dulles and his brother John Foster Dulles. Contemporary history remembers Allan Dulles as one of America’s top spy-masters. Both brothers were international corporate lawyers. John Dulles worked for the powerful Wall Street Law firm of Sullivan & Cromwell. This firm has a long standing record of supporting and representing the financial interests of I.G. Farben, Krupp Works, Thiessen Steel and other major German industries and German banks which were the major providers of the Nazi machinery and linked them with many American corporations and business interests which invested and made joint financial ventures both before, during and after WWII. This activity went back to the days of the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 which determined reparations Germany would make from WWI. John Dulles was one of the State departments most important representatives. He was able to use his clients to weave a German-American industrial complex to help Germany repay their debt and at the same time create opportunity for American businesses. Innocent sounding at first but this was treasonous by the time Hitler came on the scene and business adjusted in a shell game and continued on as usual. Allan Dulles entered the U.S. Foreign Service of the U.S. State department as a junior intelligence officer in Bern Switzerland. Both enjoyed a position of accessability above their posts, as Uncle Bert, Robert Lansing was U.S. Secretary of State appointed by then President Woodrow Wilson. In addition their cousin was Nelson Rockefeller. It was 1917 in Switzerland that Allan Dulles made friendships and contacts with international businessmen, insurrectionists and rival nationalists. This was the time and place for shifting powers in a neutral country that served as a forum for negotiations and agreements. It was from this beginning Allan Dulles rose quickly to a major leading roll as an OSS officer during WWII. His long established business and legal contacts enabled him to develop a spy network that crept right into Berlin, most of Europe, parts of Asia and Northern Africa.

After the end of WWI Allan Dulles was stationed in Berlin. His job was to oversee U.S. intelligence evaluations of German business and political leaders to determine Nazi war criminals. Coupled with his brother John’s efforts they thwarted many legal attempts to bring to justice many pro Nazi businesses and corporate heads. Allan Dulles even gave a guaranteed de facto asylum to the highest SS officer to survive the war, SS Obergruppenfuhrer Karl Wolf. In addition many on his staff and aids were also protected from prosecution. Wolf was Himmeler’s most senior officer, adjutant and chief of staff. He was one of the twelve initiates to partake in the Nazi rituals at Wewelsburg castle. He arranged SS transfers of slave laborers to I.G. Farbin, Kontinentale Ol and other major companies and the major sponsor of the mass extermination at Treblinka. Allan Dulles would later become the head of the Newly formed C.I.A. composed of ex Nazi SS officers he helped bring into this country. He would also be fired by John F. Kennedy for the Bay of Pigs mess and dealing with other agencies traitorously. Oddly enough he would be a member of the Warren commission investigating the assignation of Kennedy. He was also a Director of the C.F.R. Commission on Foreign Relations. John Dulles was a board director for I.G. Farben. There appears to be many conflicts of interests here.

Step 2: SS General Reinhard Gehlen

In March of 1945 General Reinhard Gehlen the senior SS intelligence officer for the eastern front along with a small group of his senior staff microfilmed the vast holdings on the USSR from the intelligence section of the German Armies General Staff. They packed the film in water tight steel drums and buried them in the Austrian Alps. Then on May 22, 1945 Geheln and his top aids surrendered to an American Counter-intelligence Corps. Gehlen immediately asked for an interview with the commanding officer and offered the United States his intelligence staff, spy apparatus, and the files for future service. Not only did The United States take the bait, our intelligence community was assisted by Gehlen in the redevelopment of our own intelligence system. Gehln was sent back to Germany and worked with Allan Dulles to set up the German branch of the newly developed C.I.A. Hundreds of Army and SS officers were quietly released from internment camps and joined with Gehlen in operation Sunrise. Later many of these were given U.S. citizenship and became a part of the newly formed Central Intelligence Agency in Washington D.C. under operation paperclip. By the time the Federal Republic of West Germany became a sovereign state in 1955, Gehlens Bureau became the official intelligence arm of the Bonn government. The actions of Allan Dulles and Reinhard Gehlen set a precedence for many other such acts of reconciliations and partnerships.

Pentagon to symbolized the restructuring of the Military and Intelligence in US?

A new building was already in progress to help facilitate the new branches of the C.I.A., the N.S.A. and other re-organized defense departments called the PENTAGON! Why a pentagon? Another "coincidence" or a prophetic re-awakening of the Philistine presence? Remember the Philistines had the Pentapolis; a five city fortification of defense for their land.) Also a possible prophetic indication of Satan’s desire to sit on the sides of the North in the Mount of the congregation, the five point plan signified by the Pentagram. This is more than a coincidence. A sign of Satan’s infiltration into the US? Not one by human design but perhaps by God’s mercy to us, a simple way to see what happened. To sit on the sides of the North as a judge to determine world policy in an earthly representation, is to infiltrate and sit in the camp of Dan (the sides of the North) as the new judge, a corrupted intelligence community!

Step 3: Operation Paperclip and Lusty                             First wave of Paperclip Scientists located in Roswell, NM

Operation Sunrise turned into operation Overcast as Dr. Werner Von Braun and about 115 scientists, engineers and technicians "surrendered" to allied forces approaching into the heart of Nazi Germany. Dr. Von Braun was the chief scientist overseeing the technical operations of Rocket productions and launchings at Nordhausen and Peenemunde. Most people recognize Von Braun as the main architect of N.A.S.A. and our own space program. What you may not know was that he was a Nazi SS officer who wore the deaths head cross and bones on a Nazi uniform. This was quickly played down as being an honorary position and not one of commitment to the Nazi agenda. If founding and building a new terror from the skies that indiscriminately kills large amounts of innocent people is not a commitment to the Nazi agenda what is? Part of his duties were to utilize the forced laborers sent from the death camps. Many of these died being worked to death. Just prior to Von Braun’s admission to the United States, Pentagon’s Joint Intelligence Objectives agency Director Wev wrote the director of U.S. European Command a blunt letter. "There is very little possibility that the State and Justice departments will agree to immigrate any specialists who has been classified as an actual or potential security threat to the United States. This may result in the return to Germany of specialists whose skill and knowledge should be denied to other nations in the interest of national security. Therefore it is requested...that new security reports be submitted where such action is appropriate." These changes allowed many Axis "scientists" into the United States. June 20th 1945 the U.S. Secretary of State Cordell Hull approved the transfer of the German rocket specialists. They were stationed at Ft. Bliss Texas and later most were transferred to newly built complexes of research and development in Roswell New Mexico. Dr. Von Braun convinced the U.S. through the Assistant Secretary of War John J. McCloy to admit his boss General Walter Dornberger. The problem was he had already been charged with war crimes. He was in charge of the entire Nordhausen concentration camp and underground compound in the Hartz mountains. 20,000 inmates were worked to death under this mans command. In his position of office it is said that McCloy blocked the executions of many Nazi war criminals. He was also the overseer of the concentration camps in California which interned Japanese-Americans during the war. In 1949 he was made high commissioner in Germany and pardoned war criminals such as Alfred Krupp of Krupp munitions a German corporate giant, and Dr. Hjalmer Schact. John McCloy was also on the Warren Commission investigating the assassination of JFK He also became head of the World Bank, head of the Chase Manhattan Bank (The Rockefeller’s), the Ford Foundation and chairman of the Council of Foreign Relations. He also co-authored Department of State publication #7277, "Freedom From War: The United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World." He was a globalist with a One world vision.

Soon the limit of 350 scientists was filled. The urgent need for many more experts was needed before they fell into Russian hands. As the result of this urgent need, President Truman approved Project Paperclip in the spring of 1946. Under paperclip. The United States could recruit 1,000 additional Axis scientists, along with their families, and offer them eventual citizenship. Although the program was to exclude war criminals and "ardent Nazis", if officials felt a person vital to a project, they would alter his records to allow his eligibility. In this manner Von Braun, Dornberger, Klaus Barbie (ex gestapo chief) and well over 1,000 Nazi’s and their families were allowed entrance and citizenship. As elite scientists with education and unrestricted movement in our society, it didn’t take long for many to excel into prominent positions within our society.

Dr. Werner Von Braun became the head of N.A.S.A. He was also made the official spokesman for Disney. Is it any wonder that Disney, once an icon of American traditional values spews out Indoctrinated New Age Cartoons and Movies ? Or that it has taken up a political support for "alternate Lifestyles". Like the Hitler Youth, Disney helps pave the way for a generation to accept the New World Order.

Kurt Davis former SS Officer headed the Marshall Space Flight Center.

SS General Dornberger became a senior executive of Bell Aerosystems a Division of Textron! This company worked on Top secret technological projects for the government some of which were the development of ICBM’s.

SS spy, George Bookbinder was an operative of the Gehlen organization who later became the president of the Rand Corporation. Claims have been made that the Rand corporation is heavily involved with government contract work building underground complexes across the United States assisted with I.T.T. and the Krupp family.

Otto Von Bolschwing an ex SS intelligence officer and part of the Gehlen organization came along way in America. In Germany he developed an import/export business, owned a coal mine and was involved with several drug companies. As an SS officer he worked with several German branches of General Electric and Standard Oil (now Exxon). It is said that he was in charge of important funds that came through Nazi connections with Allen Dulles in the Schroeder Banks of New York. He later came to the United States as a member of the Gehlen /C.I.A. He got a job with Alfred Driscol, former governor of New Jersey and president of Warner-Lambert drug company. Later he joined the Trans-International Computer Investment Corporation (TCI) in the Silicon Valley, California and became Vice-president..

Dr. Sidney Gottlieb. American born scientists became the head of CIA Chemical Biological Warfare program a part of the MK Ultra mind control experiments using LSD in the 50's. As the senior project leader he was in charge of many paperclip Nazi scientists and their projects carried over as spoils of war. The program was illegal to American law so it was headquartered in Canada at McGill University.

The system and people that allowed much of this to happen was a "good old boy" system that included friends and family and co-workers of Dulles and others bound by memberships of various Secret societies such as the C.F.R. Builderbergs, The Tri-lateral Commission and the Club of Rome. All of these have Global goals and are only a front for their occult "Parents" the Illuminati, Rosicrucians, Masons and Theosophist to name a few. Many were the same financiers who supported the Nazi machinery from the very beginning.

Frank Wisner was OSS head of the Office for Policy Coordination which became the Plans Directorate of the C.I.A., headquarters for covert warfare employing Nazi collaborators. Frank Wisner once worked for Allen Dulles as a Wall street lawyer.

Only the tip of the Iceberg.

Many books with excellent documentation have been written about Paperclip and the gathering of Nazi intelligence and scientific personal as well as the gathering of technology. I will provide a list of books to further research. So much more inter-woven links could be mentioned but I hope in this brief description you might begin to see the scope and implications of just what has happened. I believe that just one person with determination can make a difference. Imagine if you magnify that by several thousand! Of the least amount from these various programs, say 1,350 ex Germans from Nazi Germany came to live in influential positions in America. Many were encouraged by our Government to take up teaching positions at many of the Universities within America to assist themselves in their research and personal financial help. Remember Lincoln’s warning? "The philosophy of the schoolroom in one generation will be the philosophy of government in the next."

The sensitive and secretive positions most of these people held would have to speak to any thinking person that most were determined Nazi’s with a zealous mission from their Messiah! What about their families? How many have been indoctrinated by the Hitler youth to be next generation of Nazi leaders. We have made the same mistake that Old Testament Israel made. We treated these people and their technology as spoils of war and took it into ourselves. For the last fifty years we have slowly been transformed into a Fourth Reich.

So what is next in America?

I will not dwell too much on future events in any specific detail. The point is it is future and we do not know specific details. We can know what the scriptures tell us and project from what has already happened to indicate what might happen but we cannot be dogmatic about it or claim to make anything absolute from it. We must consider the rest of Jacob’s prophecy to Dan as this indicates a positive end to this otherwise gloomy picture.

Gad the marauding band

" ... I have waited for thy salvation, O Lord. Gad, a troop shall overcome him: (Dan) but he shall overcome at the last ."

The mention of waiting for Salvation in context of Dan being a "branched off tribe to set a straight course for his people as part of Israel" indicates that this is the action of presenting the Gospel Of Jesus Christ. But he is warned that Gad will overcome him. Gad is one of the tribes of Israel. Gad means fortune and "seer" The Canaanite god of fortune was named Gad . Described as a troop, in the Hebrew means a marauding band or raiding band, will overcrowd or attack him. I think that is what we see happening within the last fifty years of American history. We have allowed an invading overwhelming presence into ourselves that has undermined our whole culture and world view. This presence transcends political parties, and plays both ends from the middle. This would also be the peacocks mentioned in Job 36. The rich elite or fortune who has controlled and manipulated us. This control transcends national boundaries as Globalism from the international bankers and corporate cartels who gave their resources and allegiance to Hitler many of them with Jewish decent!. These rich elite transcend national, genetic or cultural idenities and see themselves as the stearing wheel for the world. They have also sold out to the "god of this world" and his agenda. They are the same names on the membership lists of various "secret societies" such as the Bavarian Illuminati with Globalism as their desired agenda. The "seer" aspect explains the occult explosion in our society, which is actually part of the Nazi ideology and globalist goals! But good news! Dan will overcome in the end!

Samson symbolic of America

This is where the rest of the story of Samson is a type of America.

Broken vows, Loss of Power

Samson was a Nazirite from birth. They never cut their hair. It was part of the vow. The strength was not in the sense that when he cut his hair he lost his strength but rather when it was cut the vow was broken. This led to his captivity blindness and imprisonment, only to have his strength used by the Philistines to produce for them while they mocked him.

In the same sense, the greatness of America was the result of enough of this country’s peoples agreement to a commitment to be a refuge for freedom and their belief in a personal God who directed individuals and collectively as a country. When we doubted, or turned our backs or as Job 36 puts it, when we acted like an ostrich that forget her children, we then played with the horse and his rider, God leaves us to our own devices, we lose our sense to discern and understand. Like Samson we are blinded and become a slave to our own enemies. Our great voice and golden cup only makes the world drunk with lies. New Age Nazi lies we once fought on a battlefield over which we ourselves now to proclaim. Christians scolded for their intolerance recoil in timidness and readjust the gospel message to make it less offensive or take a defensive position for their very existence.

What do we do?

What did Samson do? He prayed. He first asked forgiveness and then pleaded with God to be used just one more time. In this desperate final request, God allowed his great strength to be not only restored but enhanced, he destroyed more Philistines in this one act than he had collectively done in his entire life. Now I can see some of you wincing about the mass killing mentioned in the Old Testament. In the Two seeds section, I promise to give you an understanding why the difference from the Old Testament God of wrath, and the New Testament God of love are harmoniously still one in the same. There is a logical explanation but as with the rest of this story, it is unorthodox and strange yet it has a logical flow. Let's see this type through.

Where God through Samson killed Philistines in the Old Testament, He now saves them by his finished work at the cross at his first coming through the "who so ever will" in the New Testament. What we do not do is go and join a Militia, start a revolution, blow up public buildings in the name of God, or join my new special cult group for all of your worldly goods. What we do is what Samson did.

WE PRAY!

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 2Chr 7:14

In an earlier chapter I gave you the description of the invading Army described in Joel 2. As I explained this may not be just an invasion in one time one place but one that covers all time in every place at once. Such an incredible and horrible situation to be in. In spite of this God gave clear instructions of what to do next. I saved the next verse for now because it was the right time to present it to you. Joel 2:12 states, " Therefore also now, saith the Lord, turn ye even to me with all your heart and with fasting and with weeping and with mourning. And rend your heart and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord your God for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents him of the evil."

(Repent means more than sorry, it also means to be consoling and avengeful.)

Revival before Judgment

I truly believe that before God judges America, the woman who took refuge, Jacob’s seed called by his name, CHRISTIANS will acknowledge and humbly accept their heritage and destiny and regain their strength. Like Samson only in a New Testament sense, she will experience a revival that will surpass her entire history of world evangelism in one last final hurrah. This will be during or the next result to the final holocaust. Yes a holocaust in America, just like the one in Germany, only this time with Christians as the main target. We (the church) will overcome in the end. Let this next passage be a warning to any militants. I am not advocating any violence!

How to overcome

Rev 12: 11, 13:9,10 "And they overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death...If any man have an ear, let him hear. He that leads into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kills with the sword must be killed by the sword, Here is the PATIENCE and the FAITH of the saints.

If we are living in these times, we have our orders from the highest command. This is the New Testament way of overcoming. It will take great faith and patience to not act or react in the typical manner and way of this present world. Pick up a gun and fight or capture the enemy, disrupt his doings with sabotage?, not according to God. We are to keep the testimony of Christ and be willing to die for it. We are to not react in violence. There was a time and a season for everything. In times past praying Christians went to war and fought. In this end time scenario we are not to do this. This is probably because Christians will be blamed for all the worlds' ills and the opposite response is what our Lord requires.

Why is Dan not numbered with the sealing of the other tribes?

The Dark side of Dan

One thing that is also mentioned in Revelations about the sealing of the 144,000 from the twelve tribes of Israel is the fact Dan is left out of this sealing! It has been suggested that it is perhaps because In Jeroboam’s time as the 13th King of Israel and a Danite, he was the first to lead the people into idolatry. This idea does have some merit. It is also speculated that from the tribe of Dan the Antichrist would come based on the symbolism of the four faces of the cherubim. However as I have said before, Dan fulfills two paths and two directions. The above is evidence to support the negative path but here is a thought for the positive.

The Godly side will have a last chance like Samson.

The Desire of Moses

A desire that Moses once had was that some day God’s people could all be as the Prophets .

 Num 11:29 "But Moses replied, "Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD's people were prophets and that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!"

God did even better than that after the first mission of Jesus he put his spirit in man. In this sense as Christians we have the same potential in a personal relationship with God to be as prophets, to proclaim his word with power and understanding and most important with HIS LOVE.

God said to Moses in a long range prophetic promise that someday this would happen.

 Exodus 19:6, "And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel."

This promise was not realized in the Old Testament times. The Levites were the tribe chosen to be the one from which the priesthood would come from. Because of this special selection of duty they were not numbered with the twelve tribes. In the above promise, God states a kingdom of priests, a holy nation. This is meaning everyone not just the Levitical priesthood of the Old Testament.

Moses’ desire fulfilled?

Peter puts the final touches to this idea and prophecy as fulfilled in his time. As recorded in the NT, he declares to the Christian believers in,

"But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar (purchased) people; that you should show forth the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light." 1Pe 2:9,

This was an act started in the New Testament with the beginning of the Church and completed as America the New Zion! The gathering of His Seed in the camp of Dan, the safe haven of the eagles wings. I suggest that Dan is not numbered with the other twelve tribes (Levites are added) because of their priesthood in setting up the camp for the other tribes to come together as Jacob’s seed re-gathering! I believe and hope that this is the reason for the omission of Dan in the numbering. The Last shall be first is what Jesus said in Matthew 19:30. Dan the last in procession, the promise as a nation tribe who would carry on the scepter and face the last trials with the rewards of overcoming. The plan and purpose of all things as Jacob put it! A serious ministry to consider as these are the first to die for their beliefs in martyrdom setting the example to the world of how to overcome in this time of the beginning of a second holocaust.

Dan 11:32p 12:3 "...but the people that know their God shall be strong, and do exploits... and they that are wise shall shine as the firmament, and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever..."

In Revelations 21 there is mention that through the saved peoples and leaders of the nations of the old world (ours as this is a description of the new heaven and earth) a certain glory of these nations will be preserved.

"And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the Kings of the earth do bring their glory and honor into it...and they (the saved people in general) shall bring the glory and honor of the nations into it.

Now somewhere next to Israel I just got to believe that the Godly part of The United States of America will be a shining example and memory of the beauty God instilled within the history of this great nation tribe, a branch of Israel! Though the evil is here within this country, great things are yet to be achieved and accomplished by a remnant of God’s people: in this place and in this time! We may not be a "Christian Nation" any longer, but there are enough Christians here to make a difference, to be the Last Hurrah of His Church! Thank You Lord that I was privileged to be a tiny part of it!
