Conspiracy Theories : Are
“They” really out
to get you?

Conspiracies just can't
exist Can They?
Thirty years ago as a young Pastor of a “Street type” ministry I used
to become irritated by the sensationalism and almost paranoid manner in
which many “conspiracies” were presented as fulfillment of Bible
Prophecy. A theme to many of the writings, sermons and teachings on
tape, radio and TV, usually created an urgency and fear to “do
something”. That something, was in many cases never addressed or left
the individual to rely upon in their own human strength and resources to
“get ready” for the hard times coming. Looking back, I believe living in
the land of the “Free”, it was offensive to think that people would run
down the country and lay claim to clandestine activities by our
Government against the American people. I used to think that perhaps
this rash of new conspiracies was a left over from the Anti-War Protest
years. Frustrated Hippies having nothing else to rebel against were
finding their new source in conspiracies. Also, the idea of having no
actual control over policies, and choice because “they” already
determined the out come of such matters in secret meetings was also
offensive. Each individual can and does make a difference so there can
be no conspiracies against the people. Or can there?
Close Encounters of the
Weird Kind
My ministry looked more like a survivalist's group as many came from
the “outlaw biker” background. Because of this we had been approached be
several organizations that wanted us to hook up with them. As I studied
the groups beliefs, I had concluded that these people knew enough about
assumed Bible prophecy to make themselves dangerous to themselves and to
others in the name of doing good. What they lacked was the trust and
faith in a personal God that could direct their lives without strife and
fear. Twenty years later with such a breakdown of traditional values and
world views, I have to admit that I was wrong in turning a deaf ear to
all of these ideas because of a poor presentation or the reactions of
extreme types.
In the last ten years I have studied the UFO, Alien Abduction phenomena.
This has for me opened up a “Pandora’s box” of cover ups and
conspiracies. I have been left with no other conclusion in my research
than the fact that yes a World conspiracy really does exist! Where I may
differ with the many zealots and people motivated by fear and strife, my
confidence and peace of mind comes from believing in a God that can and
will provide for each one of us no matter what fearful things might be
going on around us. It really doesn’t matter what you or I think about
Conspiracies, what does the Bible have to say about them and more
important how are we to respond? Is there a balance? Can you believe in
the realties of Conspiracies and not behave like a reactionary Paranoid?
There are answers!
The god of this World:
The Bible tells us that Satan is the god of this world. 2Co4:4 World
means the system or arrangement of this entire present universe.
God, when used with a small g signifies an imitation or copy of the real
thing. It is something done over or repeated. In this sense not the real
God but an imitation. He assisted man in his fall into a linear
existence. He set this system up, he has a plan for it. He is able to
place people and events accordingly. Just as God works through people,
Satan likewise must work through people with his minions.
He has a Plan:
Paul stated in 2Th2:7 that a mystery of Iniquity was already actively
at work. This Mystery of Iniquity is actually a five point plan to
eternalize this linear dimension into an eternal state. It is outlined
through the Prophet Isaiah in Isa 14:13,14. Many Christians believe
Satan to be an already defeated foe randomly creating chaos and bringing
down as many with him as possible. But.. He has fallen , is falling and
will continue to fall until thrown into the Lake of Fire! He is even
more dangerous than that as we are told that “a fire burns within him”.
Ezk 28:18 This fire means insanity! In spite of his vast intellect he
will always come to the wrong conclusions because his sin and separation
from fellowship with God caused him to go insane. He has hope of
victory. He thinks he will beat God at his own game! He will do the same
but opposite of everything God did in hopes of producing his own heaven
or eternal state. As part of this plan he must use mankind and work
through them to achieve his goal. The Bible does tell us that an attempt
to create a One World Government will be made just prior to Christ’s
return and in part, the reason for his
return. It is only logical to understand that such an endeavor just
doesn’t happen on it’s own. A very sophisticated and elaborate plan
would have to be implemented in a clandestine manner. To believe that
such an attempt could be accomplished spontaneously or in some hap in
stance fashion is ridiculous!
A plan Conspired:
Rev 17:8-13 "The beast that
you saw was, and is not, and will ascend out of the bottomless pit and
go to perdition. And those who dwell on the earth will marvel, whose
names are not written in the Book of Life from the foundation of the
world, when they see the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. "Here
is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on
which the woman sits. There are also seven kings. Five have fallen, one
is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue
a short time. "And the beast that was, and is not, is himself also the
eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition. "The ten horns
which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom as yet, but
they receive authority for one hour as kings with the beast. "These are
of one mind, and they will give their power and authority to the beast.
(NKJ)
In Revelation 17th Chapter, we are warned that a “Beast” who was
alive and died, will come back to life, ascending out of the bottomless
pit to rule this final One World Empire. In context we are told that
this “Beast” was a leader of one of seven prior Earthly Empires. Jesus
told John in his time that 5 have already been past, One is, (The Roman
Empire) and one when it comes will appear for just a short time, then
this dead ruler comes back to lead the final Empire just before the
return of Christ. His power will not be his own, The dragon gives him
his power. (Rev 13:4) Which is in a sense a supernatural power. He also
receives a very natural power from ten people! “they will give their
power and authority to the beast.” The ones giving this power and
authority to this “beast” are ten people who have no Kingdom but have
the power of Kings. These are this worlds most rich elite, the same
handful of families always mentioned in most of these Conspiracy
Theories. They have one mind and willingly give their resources to the
beast. They do this because they have one common goal, one agenda and
one promise. They will be King’s for a short time. That my friend is a
Conspiracy! There is no other way of defining this text of scripture.
Ten rich powerful people make a pact and pool their resources together
to help set up this final last ruler. It can only be accomplished by
Conspiring together secretly. The only “proof” is here in the
scriptures. A good conspiracy is one with no evidence. This one will
work for a short while so we cannot expect proof, or what proof is shown
will not be believed. It is also probably no coincidence that the United
Nations has, as part of their ultimate plans for this planet, divided up
the whole earth into ten different sections. To ignore this part of
Prophecy is like ignoring the re-establishment of Israel in 1948 as not
a major fulfillment of Prophecy. The fact is they both are. In your
skepticism, I hope you can now see that your argument is no longer with
“paranoid people”, it is with the Word of God.
So How do we react?
If we are in fact living in these times today, our orders are very
clear. In the past I believe praying Christians sought out the Lord and
went to war. There is a time and place for everything. (Ecc3:1) This
particular time if now or in the yet future, Christians are told how to
react to these end time events.
And they overcame him by
the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they
loved not their lives unto the death”. Rev12:11 “He that leads
into captivity shall go into captivity: he that kills with the sword
must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the
saints Here is the patience and and and faith of the saints.Rev12:11 "
Rev 13:10
In this particular time, Christians will be blamed for all of the
worlds ills. We are to react in a passive manner unnatural to our normal
sense of survival. Certain things are going to happen that no one can
change! If you think you are going to alter them, they will only alter
you! It will only be with the help of God’s Spirit that we will be able
to accomplish this. The Blood of the Lamb, restores us to a right
relationship with God. We have the confidence that we are his child. We
can also realize that we are on the winning side! There is something
better waiting beyond this life. We are to simply do nothing! The battle
is the Lords! We are to continue our lives in love, building up our
families, and sharing the hope that is within us to everyone that asks.
Our patience and faith is in not responding by digging bunkers, storing
guns and striving to protect at all cost, our ways and our lives. We are
to be Ambassadors to Christ right to the very end! This world will form
into a New World Order! That means Nationalism will break down. It also
means that there are those working right now to accomplish this goal. Do
we just roll over and let it happen? No! We can voice God’s warnings to
many who will respond, we can remain active politically and exercise our
right to vote and make a difference. We do what we should without
expectations, just because it is the right thing to do. If God should
choose to intervene He can and will by your obedience. You just need to
keep in mind that this prophecy is unconditional. It will happen someday
weather you like it or not! Jesus said it this way:
"Now when these
things begin to happen, look up and lift up our heads, because
your redemption draws
near." Luke 21:28
There is a balance that can only be made by Knowing God’s Word,
experiencing it in your life and “Walking” in a relationship with the
Author.
Yes They Truly are out to get you but...
" For I am persuaded, that
neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor nor principalities, nor powers,
nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any
other creature, shall be able to separate us from from the love of God,
which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Rom 8:38-39 (KJV)
